I saw some research by the Pew Group reported in a chart in the Pueblo Chieftain. The heading on the graph showed the percent of the public rating each area a top priority for President Trump and Congress in 2017.

The graph didnít indicate how many people were polled and it gave no indication of how many of the people felt one way about an issue vs. the other way about an issue, but it was interesting. For instance, 45% saw the military as the 13th most pressing issue for President Trump. But it didnít say how many wanted more military, less military, etc. Just that it was an important issue.

Terrorism was on the mind of 76% of the people polled and it made the top of the chart. Now, in my mind, the aforementioned #13 military has a lot of effect on terrorism. There wasnít a title for anything about illegal aliens, or border security, or immigration until 15th at 43%. I certainly think that seems to be important to some of the news media. Every day the liberal media tells us a sad story about a poor illegal woman who has worked 15 jobs every day to get citizenship for her kids. And every day the conservative media tells us about an illegal immigrant who robbed, killed, and jaywalked.
