On July 2 at about 12:40 a.m. a male party was contacted at Rye Park by the Pueblo County Sheriff. It had been reported the person was speeding. The party denied driving and said he was just at the park until he had to be at work. The male party was checked and cleared and the person who called in with the accusation was not answering there phone.

Less than an hour later at 1:30 a.m. deputies responded to a Rye address where a caller indicated someone had knocked at their window. The area was searched and nothing suspicious was seen or heard.

At about 11:30 a.m. on June 30 deputies responded to Rye on a report of a disorderly male party. The caller stated a male party had come into their business multiple times to buy some items and then started yelling and being disrespectful to customers. Another female party in the business supported the story. The Deputy was able to identify the male party based on a license plate and informed him that he was not welcome in the business.
