When Walter Walker earned his real estate license in 2003 he was determined to learn everything he could about real estate. Some of the knowledge he uses to help his clients find the perfect home came about before he even picked up a real estate manual. His twenty plus years as a general contractor gives him insight into building structural integrity and the overall quality of homes on the market.

He specializes in all types of real estate including commercial, farm-ranch, vacant land and residential properties. His knowledge benefits both buyers and sellers. During the last 15 years as a Licensed Realtor, he taught the Colorado Real Estate course for three years and has served as a Managing Broker, Team Leader, Mentor and Productivity Coach. Walter enjoys helping other Realtors learn the profession.

Walter originally obtained his real estate license for two reasons. Primarily he had several negative experiences with Realtors and who serve their own interests, not their clients; and secondly, he realized the best deals never make it to the open market. They get snapped up by Realtors or the investors they represent.

“I take care of my customers by listening to their wishes and desires and then working to fulfill them,” he explained. “When I work with someone, I am working for them. I put the customer's wishes before my own. I’ve always believed that, no matter what line of work I am in, if I take care of the customer, they will take care of me.”
