The annual Greenhorn Valley Chamber of Commerce Highway Clean-Up was held on Saturday, May 19, 2018.

The volunteers that participated in the clean-up filled 58 bags of trash picked up along the highway between I-25 and the water tower just below Rye. The bags were placed along Highway 165 to be picked up by the State Highway Department on Monday.
