Internationally renowned harpists’ Sunita Staneslow and Aine Minogue will be featured at the 14th Annual Spanish Peaks Harp Retreat held in Walsenburg Saturday, September 29.

Staneslow is a gifted harp virtuoso; a master of Celtic and Jewish musical traditions. She is a founding member for the triennial Israeli Harp Festival. She also works as a therapeutic harpist at Schneider and Meir Hospitals and is featured on Israeli television.

Minogue is an Irish harpist, now living in New England. She is an award-winning harpist, singer, arranger and composer who has entertained Presidents and Prime Ministers. Her style is described as Irish, Celtic, new age and semi classical.

The two will appear in a Harp Concert on Saturday, September 29, at 7:00 p.m. in the Fox Theatre at 715 Main Street in Walsenburg. The concert, entitled Across the Divide: The Music of King David, Ireland, and Scotland, costs $10 admission.
