By half-time the Lady T-Bolts were ahead 20-12 and didn't stop the push for a win against the Fowler Grizzlies 46-28. Sophie Adamson #20, who has a twin sister Sydney #12 on the team this year, finished with 8 points, 6 assists and 4 rebounds on Friday, December 21. Rye is currently 7-0 overall to date.

It must be difficult as an opposing coach to decide how to play defense against the Rye High School Girls’ Basketball Team. Each game seems to feature a new leading scorer, a new leading rebounder, and a new assist leader. That combination has worked well, Rye is 7-0, 3-0 in league.

Against Fowler on the home court on December 21st it was Jolee Ortiz who scored 11 points to lead the team. Chloe Richardson also hit double figures with 10 pts. Madison Gookin had eight rebounds and Sydney Adamson had five rebounds. Sister Sophie Adamson dished out half a dozen assists.
