“The Secret Garden” by Francis Hodgson Burnett was our choice for the month of March. It was first published in 1911 and is considered Burnett’s best-loved children’s novel. “A Little Princess” and “Little Lord Fauntleroy” are other favorites. She wrote over forty books for adults as well.
