TSA is a student led organization at Rye High School. Rye has had a chapter in this organization for four years, running on five this year. The competition is in Denver, Colorado, in a colossal building. Falling on February 20th through the 22nd this year, the students are working very hard to get their projects together. Mrs. Anglin, and Mr. Carter have been the advisors of this student led organization since it has been introduced to Rye High School and take on many important things to get the students situated. We have had three groups in four years make it to Nationals, and by the amount of work that goes into these projects, we are all very proud.

Students face many things such as following guidelines, rules, and datelines. The students are given a few months ahead of the competition to choose an event or events that relate to technology, robotics, engineering, art, and music, to participate in. They then have to follow the requirements and use the power of their creativity to design something that makes them stand out from the crowd. At competitions, there are hundreds of students from all over Colorado, working hard to fight for the top place in their specific competition.
