It seems that several female, track athletes filed a complaint last year with the U.S.Education Departmentís Office for Civil Rights, arguing that two transgender runners who were identified as boys at birth had an unfair physical advantage competing in girls track. You see, in Connecticut, where this took place, there is a policy that allows transgender athletes to compete in girls sports. After all, just because they look like boys, have boy parts, and apparently run like boys, doesnít mean they are a boy. At least if they say they arenít.
