Road work has recently been completed on Woodbine Village Drive. The $20,000 to repave the street came from the residents of the HOA because the street is a private drive.

In addition to the street repaving, the residents added three speed bumps to try to slow down the people who use the private street as a drag strip to and from the golf course.

The majority of the homeowners are senior citizens, many on fixed incomes.
