Pueblo County School Board members say one of the most frequently asked questions they hear is: " Why ask for a bond to be passed now in the middle of all the unrest over COVID and uproar over how schooling is being handled?" Carl Beeman, of the District 70 bond planning committee, had an excellent answer during the school board meeting on October 6, 2020. Beeman replied, "Because roofs continue to leak, walls continue to separate, parking lots continue to erode.
