Even COVID-19 can't stop Halloween Town according to event organizer Karon Banta. Although of course their are some stipulations. Not so unusual for Halloween is that everyone must wear a mask, but this year you have to wear one even if you aren't collecting goodies. It is asked that trick or treaters move in small groups and keep six feet social distancing between non-family members. Banta also asks that everyone try and go with the flow of traffic.

Those participating as a Trunk or Treater have to follow the same guidelines. If you are giving out candy please wear gloves and have the candy layed out in individual bags for the trick or treaters. Park six feet apart.

Residents please porch lights out if you are not participating this year.

The event is scheduled for 5-8 p.m. on Halloween night. The Pueblo County Sheriff's Department is providing PPE.
