“I’m here to stay,” shares painter Greg Smith.

Texas-born Smith moved to Rye with his mother, Kathy, and step-father, Zane, when he was in the 5th grade and, even though he has lived other places, you only have to talk to him for 60 seconds to realize the Rye-Colorado City area is home.

As a painter Smith can do residential or commercial jobs. He can do stain, lacquer, concrete stamping, epoxy, log homes, stucco or masonry. He has worked on projects where he is suspended in the air by a crane, and on projects which required both feet on the floor working with minute details.
