Deputy Troy Hudran was dispatched to a Colorado City residence on April 1 at 3:08 pm in regards to a criminal mischief complaint. The victim advised the deputy that at some time between 9:30 am and 1:30 pm the deadbolt on their front door was damaged. When the victim tried to open their door, the keys became stuck in the lock. The victim reported they had noticed an unknown vehicle in the neighborhood when they left their residence that morning. A neighbor advised that the person in the unknown car had said they were selling solar panels.
