Savory Pot Roast

Ingredients
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp. dried marjoram
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. rubbed sage
1 (4 pound) boneless pork loin roast

Directions
Combine the seasonings; rub over roast. Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees. Let stand for 10 15 minutes before slicing.
