Chicken Waikiki Beach

Ingredients
1 whole cut-up frying chicken
C. flour
1 tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
1 can (14 oz) sliced pineapple
1 C. sugar
2 Tbs. cornstarch
C. vinegar
1 Tbs. soy sauce
tsp. ginger
1 chicken bouillion cube
1 green pepper

Directions
Brown chicken and arrange in a 9 x 13 pan. Drain the pineapple, keep the juice and add water to measure 2 cups. Combine the juice mixture and all other ingredients in sauce pan. Pour over the chicken. Cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with white rice.
