Swiss Cheese Fondue

3/4 C. dry white wine (sauterne)
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
4 C. (1 lb) shredded Swiss cheese
2 Tbs. flour
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Crusty French bread

In plastic bag, sprinkle flour, nutmeg, salt and pepper over shredded cheese. Heat wine and garlic powder in chafing dish over direct flames until wine bubbles. Add cheese. Dip French bread chunks in cheese fondue.
